There are two stages to selling your boat, the first is the listing and marketing of the boat and second takes the buyer and seller through the process of contracts, surveys, sea trials, subsequent negotiations and, of course, the often complicated paperwork needed to transfer title. We recently completed the conveyancing on a Hunton XRS 43 and arranged for transport from Southampton to Bergen, Norway. It's a busy time of year for tranportation so we struggled to find a company that could pick the boat up and deliver her to the transport ship in time, but thankfully Sealand Boat Deliveries stepped up and managed to fit us in!
