RYA VHF DSC

The Short Range Certificate is the qualification required by law if you operate a VHF radio fitted with Digital Selective Calling (DSC) on any British vessel voluntarily fitted with a radio.

ICC – International Certificate of Competence for Sail and Power

If you are looking to take your own boat abroad, many countries now insist on the ICC (International Certificate of Competence) as a formal qualification for at least one person on board. We offer a tailored package to get you up to the standard required for the I.C.C, and then carry out the practical assessment.
